Speed painting

I felt like dusting off the blog today, so tried to convey some kind of a distant mountain market in this speed painting, it took me like 2 and a half hour. For those of you who doens't know what a speed painting is, here's what wikipedia says about it: "(...)is an exercise, primarily digital, in which one paints on a time budget, using already developed methods to create a piece.(...)"

It's been a while...
Bennet's on the road again.

this time i just wanted to paint a night scene, it took quite long to finish the piece, about 8 to 9 hours. There's something in the composition that bothers me, but i can't find what. By the way, composition is such a pain in the a... i really hope to master it someday. =)

Ritual Witch

This is just a sketch i've been working recently. She's a Ritual Witch, not a warrior. That's why her armor is more about "fashion" and less functional/war oriented. These are some Character Design concepts that I learned studying Jason Chan and Xia Taptara work, two great artists. :)
