Estudos realizados no curso do Mauricio Takiguthi, me sinto honrado em tê-lo como mestre.

Martim

My take on this lovely bird, one of my favorites, for sure!
He's an Amazon Kingfisher best known as his popular name"Martim Pescador" here in Brazil. The videos bellow are songs(in portuguese) in his tribute.

(watercolor, gouache, colored pencil)

Master Study

Winslow Homer's work is a great inspiration to me so I decided to take a look at it more closely, this is an exercise that I should do more often. Done in watercolor.

Characters

Some design construction while studying; I'm still experimenting with mixed techniques. Done in watercolor, colored pencils and a few hints of pastels.

The Last Apple

Koalas are facing serious risk of extinction(read about it here), so do yourself a favor and enjoy them before it's too late! :(

Hey, mate!

I've been experimenting with pastels recently i'm and having good times. A lot of character study going on these days. Had some cool insights doing this illustration, hope to be able to make good use of it in the future.

Behind Little Trees

Foxes are awesome! Co-op art between me and my girlfriend. Cool vibes...

Feline breakfast

This is an attempt to improve my storytelling and illustration techniques, since i'm looking forward to work on new personal project i might try to sharpen these skills up. I had some unpleasant weeks recently, but now it's time to overcome my own phobias. ;]
